1. What you are buying

A villain hitting (打小人) ritual performed on your behalf by an independent practitioner at the Canal Road Flyover, Hong Kong, filmed, and delivered to you by email: the full uncut video, a 30-second vertical cut, and a photograph of the ashes. The price is US$15, paid once through Stripe.

2. What this is, and is not

This is an entertainment and catharsis service documenting a folk ritual recognised as Hong Kong intangible cultural heritage (2014). We make no claim that the ritual produces any real-world effect on any person or situation. It is not legal, medical, financial, or spiritual advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those.

3. First names only

Orders may name a first name only. We refuse and refund orders containing surnames, photographs, addresses, workplaces, public figures, or anything else that could identify a real individual. We may also refuse any order that, in our judgment or the practitioner's, crosses the line from catharsis into harassment.

4. Timing and refunds

Your ritual is filmed within 6 days of your order and delivered within 72 hours of filming. If we cannot film within 6 days you are refunded in full, automatically. The complete policy is on the refund page and forms part of these terms.

5. The footage

You may keep, share, and post your videos anywhere, for personal, non-commercial purposes. We do not use your footage in our own marketing unless you tell us we may. The practitioner appears in the footage with her consent.

6. Your email address

Delivery is by email only. You are responsible for giving Stripe a working address at checkout. If delivery bounces, contact us and we resend.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for anything your villain does next.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
