Refunded, not rescheduled
Short version: if we don't film it on time, you get your money back. All of it.
The 6-day rule
Your ritual is filmed within 6 days of your order. If it is not, for any reason, including the practitioner not being at the bridge that week, we refund you in full without you having to ask. We do not move your order to "next week". You can order again whenever suits you.
Before filming
Changed your mind, misspelled the name, reconciled with the villain? Email us any time before your ritual is filmed and we cancel and refund in full, no questions.
After delivery
Once the ritual has been performed and the files delivered, the service has happened: a real person did real work at the bridge, and she was paid for it. We do not refund delivered orders. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or missing, tell us and we send it again or, if we can't, refund you.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We never hold money as "credit".
Orders we decline
Slips carrying surnames, photographs, or public figures are declined and refunded in full. The policy is explained on the FAQ.
